Payment Terms

A deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking and the balance 2 weeks prior to you event (unless aranged otherwise.)

In the unfortunate event of you cancelling your booking we regret that your deposit is non-refundable (unless exceptional circumstances.)

Menu Choices

Menu choice is subject to suitable facilities at your venue, an additional equipment charge may be required subject to facilities. A site visit may be required and can be arranged with you at your convenience.

Our menu’s are a guide and can be altered upon request.

All prices and menu's are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Buffet Style Events (non waiting service)

Prices quoted will include delivery to your chosen venue, disposable quality (not paper) polystrene plates, disposable cutlery (if cold fork style), napkins and disposable drink containers if any drinks are required. Buffets will be laid out on white linen table cloths and presented on silver platters. All non disposable items such as linens, platters, serving equipment and any stainless steel cutlery remain the property of Catering By Lorraine.

After the event or on the morning after the event (or a time suitable with the venue owner) we will return to collect all non disposable items.

Buffet Style Events - Hot or Cold (possible waiting service)

The same conditions apply as above with the inclusion of:

Hot chafing dishes (non electrical) may be provided to contain any ordered hot foodstuffs - Catering By Lorraine cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by misuse of heating equipment.

Non disposable crockery and cutlery can be supplied or hired at request.

waiting staff can be provided at the cost of £13.00 per staff (minimum 4 hours)

Hire Equipment

In The event of damage or loss to any hired or loaned equipment Catering By Lorraine reserves the right to charge the customer the full cost of a new replacement for that or those items.
